The Harbor View Hotel is offering a festive four-course dinner menu at Bettini Restaurant. Traditional Thanksgiving and autumnal flavors as well as a selection of seafood dishes are on offer.

Begin with an amuse-bouche of chef’s choice canapés, followed by an appetizer of either sumptuously smoked Atlantic salmon with the zest of citrus caviar or sweet roasted figs with arugula and a Grey Barn blue cheese mousse.

The soup or salad course gives a nod to the season with a creamy butternut squash bisque or a crisp baby lettuce salad.

The entrées will appeal to all palates with a choice of crab-crusted cod, herb-crusted Berkshire pork loin, or the Thanksgiving pièce de résistance—a roasted heirloom turkey.
